Refund Policy

Mantra AI Technologies SAS (operating as "OFMAI", "we", "us", or "our"), a French société par actions simplifiée registered at 99 Avenue Achille Peretti, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, SIREN 943 980 524, is the merchant of record for all purchases made through ofmai.ai. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted on subscription fees and credit top-up purchases.

1. Nature of our service

OFMAI provides a subscription-based software-as-a-service platform for generating AI content. Access to the platform and credits is delivered electronically and immediately upon successful payment. Our service constitutes digital content within the meaning of Article L221-13 of the French Consumer Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by completing your purchase and ticking the "click to accept" checkbox at checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once content delivery has begun, in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code.

3. Subscriptions

- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. - Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to your plan until that date. - Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by mandatory law. - We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

4. Credit top-ups

- Credits purchased in one-time top-ups are non-refundable once added to your account balance. - Unused credits remain available in your account subject to the terms of your active plan.

5. Failed generations

If a generation request fails due to a technical error on our side, the corresponding credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. No manual claim is required.

6. Defective or undelivered service

If you believe you have been charged in error, or that the service was not delivered as described, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, we ask that you contact our support team at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension of your account.
